H₂Ortigator Warranty Information

 

 

Our Commitment to Quality

 

We stand behind the exceptional quality and durability of our H₂Ortigator units. Manufactured in New Zealand using premium, robust materials designed for demanding commercial orchard environments and featuring superior UV protection, we're confident in their longevity.

 

That's why we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on the main components (tank and base).

What's Covered by the 2-Year Warranty?

 

In the rare event that your H₂Ortigator unit experiences a defect, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund it within the 2-year warranty period. The decision to repair, replace, or refund will be made at the discretion of H₂Ortigator Ltd., taking into account the extent of the damage, the unit's usability, and your preference.

  • Note: Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty.

 

What's Not Covered?

 

The following are excluded from the 2-year warranty:

  1. Superficial Damage: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the unit's functionality, such as scratches or fading.

  2. Misuse or Modifications: Damage resulting from improper use or unauthorised modifications made after purchase.

  3. Manufacturing Imperfections: Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent in the manufacturing process.

  4. Replaceable/Repairable Components (1-Year Warranty):

    • Cap/valve unit

    • Emitter/filter unit (Penta and Standard)

    • Seals

    • These components are covered by a 1-year warranty and can be repaired or replaced.

  5. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by unforeseen events. We recommend checking your insurance coverage for such incidents.

  6. Warranty Transfer: The warranty is non-transferable and is void if the H₂Ortigator unit or parts are sold or given to a new owner who was not the original purchaser.

 

1-Year Warranty Details

 

Specific components like the cap/valve unit, emitter/filter units, and seals are covered by a separate 1-year warranty, which includes repair or replacement options.

How to Claim Your Warranty

 

If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, please contact our customer service team info@h2ortigator.co.nz with:

  • Your original purchase details.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Photographs or videos of the damage, if possible.
